Information clause on processing personal data
In accordance with Articles 13(1) and (2) and 14(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, we inform you that:
1.The administrator of your data is Fabryka Mebli MEBLOSIEK Sp. z o.o. in Kolonia Osiek (29a 98-405 Galewice) (hereinafter: the Manufacturer), KRS 0000248166, NIP 6190009532, REGON 25001179000000.
- The data administrator processes the following personal data: name, surname, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, NIP (Tax Identification Number), and PESEL (Personal Identification Number). Personal data of your representatives, including employees, will be processed in the following scope: name, surname, telephone number, email address.
- The data is obtained in connection with: the conclusion of a contract with the data administrator and solely for its execution, including accounting operations, cooperation with partners of Fabryka Mebli Meblosiek Sp. z o.o., exchange of business cards, and any other form of data provision that serves business operations and business contacts. This is also based on Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR, meaning that data processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including conducting business activities, offering products and services, asserting claims related to business activities, and undertaking all actions related to the business operations of the Administrator.
- Your data has been obtained from you, your representatives, authorized persons, or employees.
- The recipients of your personal data will be authorized employees and associates of the administrator, entities authorized by law to obtain data, and the Administrator’s subcontractors if data processing requires their involvement (e.g., IT solution providers). The recipients of the data may also include the administrator’s business partners.
- Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract, business cooperation, or until mutual claims arising from the contract with Meblosiek Sp. z o.o. expire—6 years from the contract’s completion date. Personal data contained in invoices and other purchasing documents will be stored for a period in accordance with Polish tax law (5 years). Other data will be retained as long as the email system is in use, with periodic deletion of messages and attachments.
- You have the right to access your data, rectify it, request its deletion, request processing restriction, and object to data processing.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) at the address: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
- Providing your personal data is voluntary and results from the concluded contract and business cooperation. Failure to provide data may partially or completely prevent the execution of the contract or continuation of business cooperation by Fabryka Mebli MEBLOSIEK Sp. z o.o.
- The Administrator will not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would have legal effects on you or significantly affect you in a similar way.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries, i.e., outside the European Economic Area.
